I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and history of large orders. My last order had several defective and leaking cartridges. I called White horse and was explained the process to return them which was outrageous, lengthy and just difficult to deal with. Instead of trusting the customer and replace the damaged cartridges, they chose to make it hard enough to return them so I can just give up. I had to throw away 25% of my order and lost that money because of their bad policies and customer service. It's probably time to start looking for a different vendor who trusts their customers and provide better solutions.

This is officially my new go to vape. I LOVE the flavor. It does hit pretty hard are first but after a few puffs it's pure bliss. The combination of flavors provide an almost nutty flavor combined with the flavor of a good cuban, without a strong aftertaste.

Nothing like it all tobacco vapes are trash. They either have mint and don’t taste tobacco at all or they have some kind of sweet like cream in it, or nut and taste like hazelnuts. This is the only thing keeping me from cigarettes.

Every single one of these vapes have an incredibly strong ice or menthol flavor. So much so that I swear that it is damaging to my lungs and if I do three puffs where I inhale deeply My body does this thing where I swear my head / brain is frozen or numb and it does not feel good in the least. This happens every single time with every single one of these vape types. I love tobacco flavored vapes and I am sincerely hoping that this does not have that awful ice / menthol/brain freeze chemical/neurological component. Many of the people have indicated that this is the case and I am hoping so because I do enjoy a good tobacco flavored vape but I'll be darn if I can smoke any of the flavors that this company has. I ordered two of them just in case so I shall follow this up in the next few days with my opinion. Good day all!

Tired of dealing with vape batteries, atomizers, juice and hanging the whole hunk of hardware around my neck on a lanyard. Love the fits-in-my-pocket Elf (or whatever youre calling it now). Also, love that there is ONE --what I call adult flavor (Cuba Cigar) --among the rest of the fruity bubble gum flavored choices. IF YOU WISH TO DELETE THE REST OF THIS COMMENT, DO SO. I do have concerns about the Chinese origin that does not include, as originally lawfully mandated, made in the USA juice. I have concerns about receiving a recycled container without assurance it has been sterilized.

3 stars. I got Cuban Cigar because I generally dont like flavors and go for tobacco flavor, but I also dont love the papery cigar/blunt type taste. If you like that taste, this is probably for you. It tasted almost exactly like smoking a cigarello(best example for me because Ive only tried a cigar once)
But I gave it 4 stars still because I knew that going in, and it hit really well. I believe with the right flavor, Id accurately give it 4-5 stars. sadly they just dont have a flavor for me. Again, not because I know their flavors taste bad, just because I dont want strong flavors.

Best flavor if you prefer regular tobacco taste. The Tobacco flavor Elf bar has a mint taste to it that the Cuban Cigar bar doesnt.
