Have been very please with the service and the flavor of the spearmint is awesome..
However, I wish they would come up with one that is only 3% instead of 5% nicotine though.

Ordered ten, and three were bad, tasted like burnt cotton and not the way they are supposed to taste. Sent a support request about it a few days after receiving my order and trying them all to check after the first two I opened were bad, and it's been over a week now with no response.
