I ordered 2 Esco Bars Mesh Puff Disposable Blue Razz Cotton Candy on November 18th. They arrived on November 21st. I had some Esco Bars from a previous order, so I did not use the new ones until December 4th. One of them was a dud. I got nothing from it. No vapor, flavor or anything. Since I have been ordering from White Horse for years, I called the main Phone number, hoping they would send me a new one. I was told that returns have to be made in 10 days, and I was out of luck. I have had good service from White Horse in the past, so I will give them another chance when I next order, but I am not happy.

I was disappointed. I used to get these, then they were out of stock,then you got them in again but it is NOT the same. They have added a coolant, not menthol, but a coolant and I'm so unhappy with it because it was my favorite. I really do like the pastel cartel products. They only last about 2 weeks,so o always have a back up one. The taste is great. The customer service is not good!!! I had to send multiple emails to get my last order of 2 of theses. I won’t use this company again. Unless they want to give me a couple of free ones for all my trouble lol.
